Words of sympathy and support of Archbishop Paul-André Durocher to Ahmed Limame, Imam of the Islamic Center of Gatineau

Dear Ahmed,

I want to tell you how much pain I feel for the Afzaals family members killed in London yesterday, and for the entire Islamic community in Canada. This killing makes no sense. Perhaps it will awaken in the whole population a renewed desire for fraternity and peace so that can lead us to the path of dialogue, mutual respect and friendship. Be assured of my prayer and my support!
